Start at one station. Learn the whole line.

Most people here started with no mill experience. We train on the job, we pay while you learn it, and the line has more stations than anyone runs in a career — which is exactly why people stay.

Train across every station on the line. The Floater is how most people here find the job they'll keep.

The Floater position allows the selected individual to train and learn how to effectively operate many different positions throughout our manufacturing process. This is a great opportunity to become part of a successful team, with opportunities for career advancement.

If you are a motivated individual that can follow written and oral instructions, work in a team environment, and are willing to work weekends and holidays when necessary, apply online today.

Nothing listed that fits? We hire year-round as the line changes. Call human resources at (707) 443-7025 or send an application anyway — we keep them on file.

Ask anyone on the floor how they started.

The people running stations today came in the same door you would. Some had never operated equipment; some had never worked indoors. What they had in common was showing up and being willing to learn the next station.

I had no experience with any of this. Over the years I've learned how the mechanics work and how to operate different machinery — it's been a learning experience, and I've bettered myself in the process.
